How long does it take to get my order?

Please give your order two weeks to arrive. If you havent received your order by then, please contact us.

What are your crosses made out of?

We use wood (pine), epoxy, broken jewelery, broken/recycled glass, rocks, sea shells, and original art.

How long does it take to make a cross?

Our process takes approximately 1 week.

Can you customize my cross?

Customizations are possible. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.

Can I get a cross with my team or school logo on it?

Customizations are possible. Contact us to discuss options and pricing. You must provide all artwork.

I saw a cross at your booth at such and such show that wasn't on your website. Can I order it?

Please contact us for any special orders. If we don't have it available for purchase, we may be able to make a new one for you.

Are the components you use real? (Gold, silver, diamonds, precious/semi-precious stones, etc)"

No. All of the items mentioned are very costly and would make our crosses way too expensive.

Do you wholesale your crosses? What if I want to be a reseller?

What is your refund or exchange policy?

You can exchange your item within 30 days for another item or a store credit. The cost of shipping the item to us is the customers responsibility. We do not accept returns for cash.

I saw a cross at a show. Is it still available for purchase?

Feel free to contact us and ask! If we still have it, you can purchase it and we will ship it to you.
